Agreement

By using Glimora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App Store and Google Play Terms

If you download Glimora from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms unless we provide a valid custom EULA. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms for App Store apps, Apple's required terms control to the extent required.

If you download Glimora from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play terms, payment rules, refund rules, and developer policies that apply to you and to Glimora.

License

Glimora is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, only for lawful personal use and in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules.

Your Account

When you install Glimora, the app automatically creates an anonymous account for your device to store your profile, scans, saved products, and looks. There is no login, email, or password. You are responsible for your device and the content you add to the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

Glimora offers optional premium features through an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and subscriptions are managed with RevenueCat. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or the in-app Manage Subscription option. Deleting your Glimora account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it separately through Apple to avoid further charges.

Photos, AI Results, and Suggestions

Glimora provides virtual makeup previews, AI scan results, and beauty suggestions for informational and creative purposes. Premium scan features send your photo to a third-party AI provider for analysis. Results may vary based on lighting, camera quality, skin tone rendering, product data, device settings, and other factors. Glimora does not provide medical or dermatology advice and does not guarantee a perfect real-world product match.

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, products, and looks you add to Glimora and confirm you have the right to use them. Do not upload images of other people without their permission where it is required.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Glimora illegally, deceptively, abusively, or in a way that violates another person's rights.
• Do not use another person's image without permission where permission is required.
• Do not harass, abuse, impersonate, exploit, or harm any person.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Glimora.
• Do not use Glimora to create unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.

Third-Party Services

Glimora relies on third-party providers, including Supabase for backend hosting, RevenueCat for subscriptions, OpenRouter for AI image analysis, and Apple for purchases, each with its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Glimora, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text, models, and technology, is owned by Glimora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Glimora to you.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the app. See our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page for details. Remember to cancel any active subscription through Apple separately, as deleting your account does not cancel it.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glimora is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glimora and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of Glimora.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Glimora after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
